Sobald Deine Bestellung bei uns eingeht wird sie bearbeitet. Wir versenden nur versichert als Paket. Die Tracking-/Sendungsnummer erhälst Du per E-Mail.
VERPACKUNG
Deine Ware wird sorgfältig in Papier geschlagen und zusätzlich in einen Polybeutel verpackt, um sie vor Feuchtigkeit zu schützen. Jeder Sendung liegt ein Liefer-/Retourenschein sowie ein Widerrufsformular bei. Dein Paket bringen wir so schnell wie möglich zur Post, an Werktagen geht das fix.

Niemand hat gerne Retouren, daher tun wir folgendes:
- Wir liefern so viele Informationen wie möglich zu unseren Produkten. Das beinhaltet Kopfweiten für Hüte und Kappen, Brustweitenmessungen für Oberteile und Messungen der Seitenlänge oder Innenbeinlänge für viele Hosen. Während Du ein Teil letztendlich erst beim Anprobieren bewerten kannst, ermöglichen unsere Angaben dir bereits im Vorfeld eine Abschätzung oder Messung, ob ein Artikel für Dich in Frage kommt.
- Gerne beantworten wir Deine Fragen zu den Artikeln per E-Mail (team@supremeagency.de)und stellen bei Bedarf weitere Maße oder Angaben zur Verfügung.
- Wenn Du einen Artikel umtauschen möchtest, sende Deinen gekauften Artikel wie hier beschrieben zurück und bestelle einen neuen Artikel in unserem Shop.
RÜCKGABEFRISTEN
Kunden in Online-Shops haben grundsätzlich das Recht, Ware bis zu 14 Tage nach dem Kauf zurückzugeben. Dieses Widerrufsrecht gilt ab dem Zeitpunkt des Warenerhalts (Liefertermin von DHL) und ermöglicht es dem Kunden, das Produkt zurückzugeben und eine Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises zu erhalten.

RÜCKSENDEPROZESS
Du bleibst für den Versand und die Ware verantwortlich, bis diese bei uns eintrifft. Wir empfehlen versicherte und verfolgbare Sendungen. Bitte verpacke die Rücksendung wieder auf respektvolle Art und Weise und lege auch sämtliches Verpackungsmaterial von uns dazu.
Fülle das Widerrufsformular aus und lege es der Sendung bei. Gemäß unseren AGB trägt die Kosten der Rücksendung der Kunde.
Ist Deine Retoure bei uns angekommen, wird Deine Sendung von uns geprüft. Ist der Artikel in dem Zustand, in dem wir ihn zu Dir geschickt haben, bekommst Du Dein Geld sofort zurückerstattet.

As soon as your order is received by us, it will be processed. We only ship insured as a package. You will receive the tracking/shipment number via email.
PACKAGING
Your goods will be carefully wrapped in paper and additionally packed in a polybag to protect them from moisture. Each shipment includes a delivery/return slip as well as a withdrawal form. We will take your package to the post office as soon as possible; on weekdays, this is done quickly.

RETURNS
Nobody likes returns, so we do the following:
We provide as much information as possible about our products. This includes head sizes for hats and caps, chest measurements for tops, and measurements for the side length or inseam for many pants. While you can only truly evaluate a piece when trying it on, our information allows you to make an estimation or measurement in advance to see if an item is suitable for you.
We are happy to answer your questions about the items via email (team@supremeagency.de) and provide additional measurements or information if needed.
If you want to exchange an item, return your purchased item as described here and order a new item in our shop.
RETURN DEADLINES
Customers in online shops generally have the right to return goods up to 14 days after purchase. This right of withdrawal applies from the date of receiving the goods (DHL delivery date) and allows the customer to return the product and receive a refund of the purchase price.

RETURN PROCESS
You are responsible for the shipping and goods until they arrive with us. We recommend insured and trackable shipments. Please pack the return in a respectful manner and include all packaging materials from us.
Fill out the withdrawal form and include it with the shipment. According to our terms and conditions, the customer bears the cost of the return. Once your return has reached us, we will inspect your shipment. If the item is in the condition we sent it to you, you will receive your refund immediately.
